This space holds the slower, softer side of practice. The moments where something needs to be let go, acknowledged, or simply felt. A moment to go inwards.
Here we don’t aim to fix or solve. We give ourselves permission to pause.
In a world driven by speed, this is an intentional slowing down. A counterweight.
To pause is not to stop. It’s to listen. To re-centre. To choose what comes next with care.
Current Rituals
When we rush past endings, we carry old weight into new beginnings. But…when we create space for pause, we invite clarity, care, and coherence to return.
I offer various in-person and virtual workshops for teams and individuals.

“Thank you Khandiz for creating an inviting and calm space to introduce us to this practice! I found it incredibly soothing and also interesting. I hope you keep running them!”
Li Ling | Mud, Mind & Material Participant
It was a unique, relaxing and insightful experience that left us feeling calm and more connected to each other through the sharing of our thoughts and feelings in a safe and tender environment. Khandiz, led us through the entire experience in a relaxed, thoughtful way. Her knowledge and expertise were clear–allowing us the time and space to explore our relationship to ‘beauty’ and ‘form’.”
