Change doesn’t follow a checklist. It’s rarely tidy or linear — especially when it comes to climate, nature, or culture.
Most of the time, teams are already doing their best, but feel stuck. You’re being asked to deliver impact, meet new requirements, respond to new risks, often without the space or support to make sense of it all.
That’s where I come in. I work with organisations who want to go beyond compliance and unlock the creativity and clarity that only comes through a practice of care for the living world, and each other.
This is how we begin…
My 5-step process
01. Make sense of the mess
Synthesise what’s really going on
We start by gathering what’s already in motion. The goals, the gaps, the policies, the plans, the people. I help you connect the dots and uncover the patterns shaping your work. It’s a chance to pause, step back, and see the bigger picture. Even if it’s a little messy.
02. Explore viable futures, rooted in reality
Reimagine what’s possible
This is where we make space to think differently. Through play, systems mapping, storytelling and creative tools, we explore what else could be possible. What success could look and feel like. How you might move from reacting to reshaping.
03. Find coherence between people, priorities and systems
Align what matters
Once ideas start taking shape, I help you get clear on what really matters. We look at how to bring internal culture, values and ambitions into alignment with the external pressures and opportunities you face. That includes team dynamics, power structures, timelines and the wider social and ecological context you operate within.
04. Embed learning and decisions into real workflows
Integrate into practice
Good ideas won’t land unless they’re grounded in everyday work. Here we build the bridge between insight and application. That might mean adapting workflows, updating documents, refining tools or supporting your team to embed new habits.
If you need help choosing or setting up tools, I can support with that too.
05. Clarify priorities, next steps and who leads them
Decide what to act on
Once things are in motion, I help you decide what to focus on next. This includes identifying practical actions, timing, responsibilities and decision points. We’ll stay honest about what’s uncertain, but commit to what’s most useful now and what to explore later.
Change isn’t linear. This work is designed to help you move through complexity and find clarity. Each step is part of a working practice. It’s never a fixed path.
If this feels like the kind of support you need, the Becoming Practice is where we shape your approach together.
Get unstuck in the mud with a 90-minute diagnostic session. Together, we’ll explore where you are, uncover the root causes of the challenges you’re facing, and identify what needs your attention next.
