A space for exploration, inquiry, and sense-making.
‘Lab for Life’ is the 💚 of KHANDID.STUDIO.
This is where ideas take root through research, collaboration and creative trials. It’s where I test new methods, surface questions, and follow threads that don’t yet have answers.
Some experiments grow into offerings. Others stay as seeds.
What connects them all is a belief in working with Life, not over it. In designing for care, not control. In creating systems, stories, and tools that restore relationships and expand possibilities for people, organisations, and the more-than-human world.
What the Lab explores
✦ The role of art, imagination and embodiment in organisational change
✦ How to work with complexity without getting overwhelmed
✦ What it takes to build coherence in chaotic systems
✦ Why tending inner and outer ecosystems together matters
✦ What business models might look like when wellbeing is the outcome
This practice creates space to think, test, reflect and grow at a pace that suits my reality, not someone else’s roadmap.
All rooted in real-world practice and guided by the question: What supports the wellbeing of all Life?
Current Inquiries
The current questions that are alive for me right now

Human & More-than-Human Wellbeing
As a 2025 Bio-Leadership Fellow, I’m examining how established psychological and scientific frameworks might help bridge the gap between human wellbeing and the wider living systems we’re part of.
Could tending to what people truly need also help us care for more-than-human life more effectively?

REGENASYST
Through a series of emergent thinking games and workshops developed under REGENASYST, I am exploring how gamification and co-design by teams can inspire agency and action from within an organisation.
Current Living Games:
✦ Megaforce Muddle: An ESG risks and opportunities game
✦ Continuity Preppers: Business Continuity Planning game
✦ Bias Master: A game to identify what’s holding you back from success
Games in Development:
✦ Shift Happens: Regenerative Business Strategy Development
✦ Stakeholder Muscle Matrix: Stakeholder Mapping & Comms Planning
✦ Hurdle Girdle: Barriers to Change
How co-labs might work
✦ Each Lab is co-designed around a shared purpose.
✦ We’ll agree on a timeframe (typically 6–18 months) and a flexible working rhythm.
✦ Together we’ll explore the roots, map the system, set conditions for change, and build tools that help us (or others) carry the work forward.
Some Labs focus on organisational transformation, others explore systemic shifts. What they share is a commitment to better ways of working, living, and caring for Life.
